Before beginning, I invite you to choose a movement and/or centering practice that feels good to you. This can be taking a walk in nature, doing a guided breathwork or meditation practice, setting intentions with a cup of cacao or tea, or putting on your favorite tunes and just dancing for a few minutes. Whatever helps to move life-force energy through your body and brings you into your version of FLOW.

• What is the greatest illusion that has shattered for you, or veil that lifted during your Soul illumination journey? Many (or most) of us came into this lifetime with a Soul agreement to ‘forget’ many of our deeper Truths in order to immerse in and study our family lineages, our societies, and our human collective consciousness. And yet, as we began walking our paths, layer by layer has fallen away to reveal a unified pool of consciousness. What have been some of the most crucial moments or realizations on your path that liberated your Soul back into Sovereignty?

• What is your most natural expression of love? We each have a unique ‘flavor’ of love, of creation. Not just ‘love languages’ and how we show people we care. But even deeper than that. What does that palpable essence look, feel, sound like when you are in pure creation energy?

• What is your Soul’s Purpose in this lifetime? From what you’ve uncovered so far on your path, what are the deepest, truest themes weaving throughout your life? Sometimes a great place to start with this is looking at the moments where you’ve been your absolute most joyful, peaceful self.
